    Merc Model 110 Lower UNit install problems

    I just replaced the Impeller and now i'm trying to get the lower unit back on, but it won't slide back on. I've got the motor upside down, but it seems to be where the shifter slides in, that won't stay aligned and won't match up correctly. Anyone have any tips or tricks for this? Thanks!

    Propshaft removal on Model 110

    I'm trying to find out if i have a bad lower unit on a 9.8 Model 110 i picked up at a garage sale for $20. I'm all the way down to just a bearing and propshaft, but i cannot get the propshaft to out of the lower unit casing. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get this off? I'll post some pics...
