    I ran the boat last week and it was then i stopped to fish and the boat did not want to start so i changed the spark plugs and went fishing again i ran the boat about 20 minutes stopped and then the boat wouldnt start again and it was only running at 1100 rpm i took the boat out the water...

    1992 Mercury Black Max will not run over 1100rpm

    i changed my spark plugs today and my boat started fine then i went to the marina and my boat would not start back up when i got it started by applying full throttle the boat would only run at about 1100-1200 rpm i tryed spraying carb cleaner into the carb but nothing anyone got any ideas?
