I have a '99 Sea Ray 215 Express Cruiser 5.0 EFI. It won't start. :( I replaced the fuel/water separater and cleaned the injectors. I located the Cool Fuel case on the starboad side of the motor. I can pop the cover loose but can't remove it. There doesn't appear to be enough room. Any...
