I have a 1997 15hp electric start outboard that has got me beat... running on one cylinder... the bottom of the two... so far I have replaced the coils, rebuilt the carb, inspected reed valves, ran compression test and both cylinders have 100 lbs ... in order to keep it running I have to crank...
