I have a 2000 Mercruiser 5.7 EFI. I have replaced the fuel pump, the fuel pump relay and fuel water seperator filter. The problem is no power to the relay. I can jumper wire the pump and get fuel. After doing that I have power to the relay. Let it set for a few hours and no power to the relay...
