I recently bought a older johnson 75 horsepower around late 60s early 70s. I cant seem to get the motor to idle or cruise at very low speeds neutral or not. turns off sometimes when put in gear. The biggest problem is 70 percent of the time it doesnt start without starter fluid. I hate to use it...
