It is a 15 hp the decal is gone that had serial # and model # I think it is a late 80s to mid 90s model I have no idea please help I read that some guys have had luck on finding info with freeze plug in engine so here it is it is an evinrude 15 hp it is dark blue with red and white pin stripes...
