Just bought a boat and motor. After taking it out yesterday it was low in power/ rpm. Started fine and idled fine. Noticed a oil film on the water while fishing. After getting back pulled the cover and notice oil being blown out of the breather. Doesn't smoke. Pulled the plugs and they are black...
