    Cuts Out When Gas Given

    HI there, Does antyone know what would cause the following.... Seahorse 9.9... starts up almost always on first pull but if left running at a slow idle speed cuts out however if you accelerate the motor continues to run ok... problem being when you come off the gas to change gear motor cuts...
