I have a 89 2100sx w/ a350 magnum (270) engine. I was looking 4 a new prop for her come this spring. I am curious as to what other folks have and how they like it. Now I have 14x19 prop and I am turning it too fast (4900 rpm). Not sure who makes it. thoughts?
I just purchased my 2nd 1989 chaparral 2100sx. The motor is a 5.7 with 270hp listed on cover. I checked and the block is date coded w/ a 1989 casting #. As far as I can tell everthing is original. (old). Did mercury make a 270hp magnum motor in or around 1989? All I can find is 260 hp info. My...
