PROBLEM :
Tilt trim moves motor either UP or DOWN BUT NOT BOTH WAYS....
WHAT I HAVE DONE:
Relays have been checked and are OK
Replaced the brushes on the motor recently
Replaced manual release valve/screw
Brand new battery
