I have a 1984 Ranger with a 135 evinrude, the tilt and trim works great while boat is on the trailer or at low speeds, but when I accelerate it moves back to its lowest position almost like its leaking. Somewhere while I was researching for the problem I came across change the fluid?...An y help...
