I have a 10 hp that won't idle,if you put it gear and open thottle it will run.I try to put it back to shift to take it out of gear and it won't idle.It seems to run rich.Had carb off to check,looked real clean.Cleaned it real good,blew it out.Put it back on ,same result.Thanks for your...
