I have a 1994 25 hp evinrude I bought new. Lately it cuts out at random. It looses power like it is not getting fuel, then will surge back. I have a 6 gallon plastic tank. When it cuts out I can pump the fuel line bulb to get it going again. This happens with the tank full, half, close to empty...
