I have a 1977 150HP Mercury 1500 outboard that tilts/trims up okay, but won't go down. When trying to make it go down, I hear a click which sounds like a solenoid, but the hydraulic motor doesn't even try turning. It seems strange, as the same motor is used for up and down and up works okay...
