My 9.9 starts and idles great. I can idle up slightly but can not go any faster as it will bog out and want to die. I changed the fuel pump, changed the oil in the power head, and new plugs, checked fuel filter also. Run fresh fuel that is teed off my main tank for my big motor. always run...
