    fuel not pulling

    hey guys i have an old 78 evinrude (40hp) on my lil 14 ft fishing boat nad it just stopped pullin fuel. . . it was running fine but the primer bulb wont get hard now and it only runs for a sec then dies . . . . Im lost thanks for the help fellas
