Johnson 90 1983 J90TLCTE remote control adjustment.
Are there any "known" procedures and frequently replaced parts to enhance throttle smoothnes for this motor. There is a spring loaded screw on the housing. I am not sure what this does or is intended to do.
Also there is no cotter pin...
