    I just bought a really nice 1984 sylvan 18 ft with a chrysler 105 HP outboard. It seems to be in nice condition. The previous owner said the engine is seized. Upon futher inspection we freed up the flyweel and found that the third piston down is not functioning. I am new to boats so I dont know...
