I have an early 90's Force 9.9 that has been running like a champion until just recently.
Basically it is very difficult to start .... early this year it started and ran perfectly and then recently it wouldn't start and once it was started would only idle / troll with the choke on but at...
Motor seems to start fine and runs well other than it won't idle. If i pull the choke out that seems to help a little as well working the primer. Otherwise it will sputter and die out.
This is an older motor that has seen only occasional use for years but was service prior to last season.
