I have a 89 omc 4.3l v6 and the engine will not crank due to the starter not turning over, I used a screw driver to jump the solenoid and it cranked so I thought the solenoid was bad, I replaced the starter and solenoid, + and - batt wires, ignition switch, still nothing, all fuses are good...
