I have a 2008 9.9 4 stroke High Thrust motor that i bought cheap to use on my sail boat. History unknown.
On further inspection (never tried to start, i just pulled the plugs and tried to pull the motor through a couple revolutions) i found that the lower exhaust valve gets stuck...
