    Tohatsu Rectifier

    Tohatsu 18hp 2 stroke charging battery as rpm increase voltage increases as high as 17 volts, I have checked rectifier and ohm range is considered normal according to service manual. Any ideas? Tohatsu M18C 350A serial # 34930 Thanks

    lower unit removal 18hp

    M18C removed 4 nuts ands washers and disconnected shift linkage, lower unit will not move stuck am I missing something, will heat help. I do not know year motor is blue with silver cowl with a light and dark blue stripes. Thanks,Wally
