    bf15 siezed?

    I stored my recently prchased 1996 bf15 for a month the wrong way up...tried to start and cant pull cord..I will be removing the plugs to turn it over and maybe a socket on the the flywheel nut? trying it next weekend...I have read that I should allso clean the carb and plugs. I have checked...

    I have a superlight inflatable tunnel boat and i am shopping for a tohatsu 30hp as I have heard they are excellent outboards.I would like to know if freshwater vs saltwater motors is a big issue and if there are favored years/ models in the older 2 cyl. ones as I am buying an older motor.thanks...
