    Honda 90 EFI Mystery problem

    100hrs on engs.     Honda 07 EFI 90 Bogs @ 5000 rpm

    22 hrs on eng.At about 5000 rpm it sputters and bogs down, 4500 rpm all OK.Clean tank ,clean lines ,new filter (OMC 3214),new gas (unleaded reg), purged all air from lines,new anti-siphon valve to tank.The other eng on port side, no prob. Mechanics on Kauai new to this eng. no clue??? Any help...
