    gasket on cowling

    Guru, I just ordered the gasket that goes around the cowling of my 40c, as well as the handle part that goes on the back of the cowling. Any issues I need to be aware of when I go to replacing the gasket on the cowling? Any tricks I should know about, or does it just go right back on? Thanks...

    Nissan 40C heat alarms?

    Does anyone know if a 1988 NS40C has any hot horn in the control box? I don't think it does....and if it doesn't, how would one go about putting one on or at least a temperature guage........I don't wanna smoke my little motor!

    Guys, new to the forum, but this seems very informative, and I hope to seek someone's help! I have a 1988 Nissan 40C. Did carb job, replaced spark plugs, currently running ngk, but have tried champion. Problem, is that engine stumbles when coming off idle. New plugs seemed to have fixed...
