I have a Honda 225 4 stroke that starts fine when cold, runs perfect all day but if I shut it off and sit for more 15 minutes it will not restart until it sits for several hours. It sounds like it is flooded, and runs rough for a few seconds after it does start. I feel like it is a fuel problem...
