I've got a Yamaha 150 about 3 years old on a 20' tri-hull party barge. The engine is runing great, but I cannot get the RPM's up past 3200 RPM. There is no miss to the engine, and the prop is the same one I had last year when it would easily get to 5K RPM. I am quite certain it is a linkage...
