    transom capacity

    I have a Lund 1993 Pro Angler 1700 tiller rated for 60 hp. It has a 40 hp 1994 Johnson 2 stroke tiller on it. Would it be ok to mount a 114 lb Tohatsu 25 hp 2 stroke along side as a back-up or do you think that would be too much weight on the transom?? I guess that's no heavier than a 10 hp...

    livewell timer wiring question

    I'm replacing livewell on-off switch with Rig-Rite timer switch. Existing switch has only 2 posts for wire. Timer has 3, one for ground. Do I just ignore the 3rd post on the timer or ground it to the boat?? I'll probably leave the existing switch where it is since the timer will not fit in...

    Tohatsu HP decal

    Anyone know where I could get a 18 or 20 HP decal for the back of the motor hood on a 2004 25hp 2-stroke Tohatsu? Tohatsu says the new models are completely different and wouldn't look right on it.

    Tohatsu 25 to 30 hp difference

    Has anybody checked out the difference in performance after changing a 25 hp Tohatsu to 30 hp? Is it worthwhile?
