Does anyone know how to convert a 8 hp four stroke honda to a 9.9 hp? <br /> It seems to me that the Honda bf 8 and the bf9.9 are exactly the same. Exhaust valves, engine weight, pistons, etc. They turn 8 hp @ 5000rpm and 9.9 @ 5500rpm respectively. This leads me to believe it is a carberator...
