I removed the gear case and insatlled a water pump kit. Now if I turn the prop, it makes a clicking noise. If I turn the fly wheel by hnad the prop rurns no matter in drive, nuetral or reverse. Am I stuck in gear. Whats the cause and remidy? HELP
