ive got a 4hp 2 stroke, all was going well till i killed the water pump and over heated it. since then ive replaced the rings head gasket, water pump, all the gaskets, but it wont rev its head off when its pushing the boat, but in netrual and revers its fine and goes the hole hog. ive got new...
