Went out two weeks ago and had a really weak water tell-tail(or whatever it is called) on my 1994 Evinrude 80Jet model E115JKLERS. Pulled the cowelling(sp) and blew through the line, no restriction. Ordered and installed a waterpump kit. No improvement. Wondering if I should move on to replacing...
