    Need year of my Evinrude

    Newbie...a couple of questions

    I inherited a '65(?)Evinrude 60 HP outboard.<br />It does not idle properly. When I put it<br />into forward, the motor dies. I turned the<br />idle screw clockwise and realigned the<br />throttle cable trunnion, as indicated in the<br />manual. I got it to run, but the idle still<br />sounds...
