New shift cam, new follower pin kit, new shift shaft. I can shift 30 times without engine running... no problem. Start engine. shift to forward.. no problem... shift to reverse for 10 seconds... won't come out of reverse.. follower pin has drilled a hole in cam and won't come out. I have now...
