I have a new 2004(4 month old) Mercury 115 optimax on a 2004 19' princecraft LE deck boat. So far, it has failed to start twice. Both times it will continually attempt to turn over, but not start. I've had it back to two merc authorized dealers, and no one can find anything wrong with it...
