    1990 Johnson 140 water coming out of where lower unit meets mid section

    I recently replaced the water pump (kit) and the seal and o-rings under the pump in my johnson 140 I put it back together and fired it up. Warm water is coming out of the tell tale but also out of the crease between the the lower unit and mid sections when running on muffs. Is this normal/OK...
