My 1974 Mercury 9.8 (110) is running rough. It will stay running indefinately but only at a very low rpm (and rough) when I give it full throttle. I have thoroughly cleaned the carb. and replaced all the carb. gaskets. I replaced the perma-gap plugs as well. My gas vent is open on the tank...
