    idle problom

    I have a 1979 mercruiser with a 4cyl, 3.0 181ci motor just had the carb rebuilt, new points, plugs, rotor, dist cap and coil. I finally got it to start, but it won't idle. when throttled up it runs great but in neutral it dies. what else can i look for. The carb is a rochester 2 jet.
