I have a 89 15 hp evinrude short shaft that I extended to LS. I am now purchasing a 1994 or 1996 15 hp evinrude that is a short shaft. WIll the shaft extention kit from the 1989 fit the 1994 or 96 year model. I think it will but am not sure.<br /><br />Thanks
Will the shaft extension kit from a 1989 15 hp fit a 1996 15 horse motor. I am looking at a newer motor but it is a S/S and will need to extend it. I have the L/S kit for a 1989 but not sure it will work on the 1996.<br /><br />Thanks
