I have a 3.9 mercury that when I prime the pump at the gas tank, fuel comes out of the carb. The engine runs good, I just dont understand why the fuel leaks out. Also the serial # is 246845 and one on the engine is 843 2755 can you tell me the year. Last question when it is fixed what could...
