I purchased a 2000 Evinrude Fitch motor on 1-18-2000 and at the time the reason I bought the motor over Mercury or Yamaha was Evinrude was offering a 2 year warranty as to only a 1 year from the other two.<br />Has anyone heard of any class action lawsuites aginst Evindude for breach of Warranty...
