    1979 evinrude 70 ignition problem

    i have a dead cylinder problem that comes and goes. the top cyl. will be dead, boat barely on plane, and the 3rd cylinder suddenly comes to life and runs fine until i shut it off for awhile. i've had it in the shop twice and they can't find the problem. it does not do it everytime so it runs...
