    Starts up fine but sounds like its hesitating or misfiring and does not respond to throttle. I give it gas and wont accellerate for about five seconds and will not go top speed. Any idea whats wrong? Thanks

    1999 Merc 3 cylinder problems

    starts fine but when put in gear stumbles/hesitates and wont go top speed. I checked out the plugs after every run and their covered in oil. Thanks.

    9.5 Evinrude 1970's

    Ive got an 9.5 evinrude, just put new carb kit in, still doesnt run. cleaned out fuel system and every time i spray starter fluid in carb turns over but wont run. has new spark plugs, Please list some possibilites. Thanks!
