    Info on old Kiekhaefer / Mercury inline 6 outboard

    I need some info on an old outboard. It came with the boat (for $200) I got. It is an in-line 6. The only ID I can find is "KIEKHAEFER Corp.", and Kiekhaefer/ Mercury. Also on the front of the engine cover, it say "Merc 8 50", with the 8 larger than the rest. The serial number is 1625142...
