    Serial Number ?

    Boat trouble starting

    i just got my boat back from the shop. They put a new water pump in and rebuilt and cleaned the carburator and put a new diaphram in the fuel pump. When i try to start the boat it wont turn over.     when i start the motor water doesnt circulate through the pump im guessing. How hard is it to replace the water pump, or how much would it cost to have someone fix it.
