    fixing my skiff

    Ok, i was given an old flat bottom skiff for my 16th birthday,(feb. 14, 04). the deck was rotton so i ripped it of, ok now how to put a new one on? the wood in the back(transum(not sure of spelling))is also rotton who do i get it out and fix it? re carpiting? there is paint flaking off...
