I have a 1993 9.9 mariner outboard that quit running when we were out on the water. New plugs have lots of spark and there is fuel but will not fire up.

:confused: I have a 1988 OMC 5.7 litre engine and when ever I press the trim and tilt button on the throtle the volt meter drops and the engine stalls. Anybody got an idea?
