    udate I got the motor all put together and it started up right away. I had bought the yamaha software and wanted to check the motor while running hooked up to the computer. says all is fine but when i tried out the cylinder drop testing when I got to cylinder 3 it started running really rough...

    In the SM #6 on attached files dowels are at 60 deg. Ok got that. #10 now how do they get aligned like in the picture?
