    Interesting. The motor is a E70ELCNB. 1982 3 cyl. What do you see compression typically at? It’s a shop manual I got from a forum. It seems pretty accurate. The cover is red and grey and says “Evinrude Johnson Outboard Shop Manual”

    Youre correct it is a 1982. I forgot to update this. I’m not implying they stick closed. I’m implying that they are stuck open and the top cylinder is the worst. You can see in the videos the light shinnng through. I just don’t know how “bad” that’s considered and I’d that amount of spacing...
